Excellent service I wouldn’t go anywhere else for a pharmacist who actually knows what they are doing. I enjoy how it’s in the hospital and it’s very convenient for those of us who cannot drive somewhere to get medicine.

If I could give Zero stars I would. I would say I'm shocked this pharmacy can stay open but seeing as any Sanford employee needing a prescription through their insurance has no other choice than to use this pharmacy, that's probably the only thing keeping them open. My insurance company switched online pharmacies so I had my provider just send my scripts to the Sanford pharmacy for this time. HUGE mistake! I would go without my script before I'd ever return to that place. To start out, as normal the parking lot was full. I didn't want to use the valet because this was just going to be a quick 5 minute trip in and out. I finally found a spot to park and as I get out of my vehicle I get charged by an employee yelling you can't park there! We need that spot for security! So instead I end up parking on the road and having to walk across the busy 1 way. I finally get inside and there is 1 clerk working. There is a gal at the counter being helped and 1 person standing in the "pager" line when I get there when the clerk finishes with the first gal I let the other person go since they were there first. While I am waiting a gentleman shows up in the "pager" line. I was on the phone, but as the clerk was finishing with the customer I asked the person on the phone to hang on so I could get my scripts. The customer leaves I walk up to the counter and the response I get from the clerk is " I'll help you after I help the other gentleman.. he has a pager" so I go back behind the wait here sign and continue my phone conversation. When the clerk finally finishes with the gentleman I asked my caller to hold again and I went up and told her my name dob and address she grabs my prescriptions and asks for my insurance card which I give to her. Then I'm told please go stand over at the next window. I move over thinking she has to use a different computer to update my insurance but when I get over there I see a this window is closed sign and the clerk is now helping the next customer in line. At this point I was pretty upset so since I'm no longer being helped I continue my phone conversation. After finishing with that customer the clerk comes back with my prescriptions and insurance card and rudely says I'll finish the transaction when you've ended your phone call. So I put my phone down and finally got to pay. 30 minutes later I finally finished my 5 minute run to the pharmacy. It's so good to know that the customers time doesn't matter, only the pharmacy clerk's time does.
