Our son saw Dr. Preszler earlier this year for some behaviorial concerns that we had. Dr. Preszler met us in the waiting room and took us back to the office to discuss our concerns. He was patient, thorough and took the time with our family. After our appointment, his report was received quite timely, and we felt his analysis and assessment of our son was very accurate and helpful. I would highly recommend Dr. Preszler.

I have love the care I have received from here. Dr Poddar was wonderful. Helping and listening. Then Dr Dequet took over. There is no way I can recommend going to this Dr. He took me off of the meds Poddar had me on and said there would be no side effects. My spine is killing me hard to even walk every joint is in pain. I feel like I did before I started the treatment. He should not be practicing if he can’t listen to the patient. Do not go to him.

I hate giving the whole place a bad review. I had been seeing Dr.Poddar since 2017 and his treatment plan worked for me 100%. He was caring and thorough. Poddar left and Dequet replaced him. I can not recomment Dequet AT ALL. He has removed me from the treatment Dr. Poddar had me on and I will revert to how I was (probably worse) over 8 yrs ago. I gave him two chances. First chance, I wasn't impressed but I then gave him another chance and he was just as bad, if not worse. He has a horrible bedside manner. He is more concerned about his check list and hyper focused on any pain meds you maybe on. I left extremely upset and am now at a loss of what I'm going to do. The NURSES are amazing! THEY are caring and thoughtful.
For the sake of your health, I can't recommend this man.

Two months and everything was supposed to be expedited. I have had to call 20 times and still don't know what's wrong. Go somewhere else.

Do they ever answer the phone within a reasonable amount of time or do it always take 10+ minutes to talk to someone?

The WORST customer service ever. They also will change your appointment date and not even tell you! Save your time and go to Fargo.

My doctor sent an order to get an EMG to determine how damaged my arm nerve is before meeting with the orthopedic surgeon and the nurses here scheduled it for a MONTH and a half after my orthopedic meeting. I cannot go to the ortho appointment without the EMG results and the call service rep was INCREDIBLY unprofessional, to the point of being mad at me that they scheduled it wrong. Sanford is lucky they're the only place around here people can go to.
