Awful. It’s Saturday and we drove an hour and a half to get to this Sally’s beauty. They have on the door that they close at 8 pm today, yet they closed 40 minutes early??? Are they that lazy?Edit for Sunday-Sunday: finally went this morning, the two employees were screaming about how they closed too early. Literally so loud my head was pounding, while my grandma was with me! Anyways she was screaming, because the lady at the register got caught for closing too early and claimed, “she didn’t know” etc., even though it’s on the website AND on their store door! No excuse. When I went to pay for my items they were extremely rude and I am beyond disappointed in the customer service they gave, I was so kind to them, it’s so sad.

Not the best Sally that I’ve been to. The asscociates did not offer to help and although I knew what I was looking for it would be nice to be helped.

They always have what I need in stock.. The ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable in what they sell... always greeted upon entering the store... love this place

Clean store. Service was okay but knowing the protocols for covid-19, I'm sure they don't want to engage with others as much. Super friendly at the register. Patient and full of life. Answered questions quickly.

My family and I walked in and wasn't greeted or acknowledged at all. I have a 19 month old son who is very vocal in screaming and he's running around while my husband chases him. I saw three young girls in the middle aisle towards the back by hair coloring. I picked up my braiding hair and made a decision in an estimated time for 50 seconds and was never approached. While shopping my son is getting agitated so I placed my items on the counter because one till had a sign saying it was closed. I wanted to get out of there as soon as possible because I was afraid my son would wreck the place. As i stand there not once was my husband,my son or myself were acknowledged. My husband tries to approach the girls trying to figure out who works there but we couldn't tell. Finally I approach them by yelling by the curling irons "DO ONE OF YOU WORK HERE?!" Then a very inconvenience way one of the girls replied "I do?!" As if how dare I interrupt her as she's having a conversation with a customer. I informed her that I'm ready to check out and she said she'll be there when she's done, she's helping someone right now. Then continue to apologize to the two girls she was speaking with the entire time. If i didn't need my items right then I would have left them there and never returned. If anyone wanted to steal from the store they could have. She was no where near the cash wrap or even watch the door. I'm a form store manager for Ulta beauty and I know personal this isn't the way Sally's does business. My husband is as well a store manager in town and we both could not believe what was happening. They young lady apologized to me once she came to the front and by that time I was completely disgusted by that point and wanted no parts. She told me to have a nice day. I've been to this location before during the day and had a lovely experience. I guess going there in the evening isn't the best time.

The lady who appeared to be in charge as she looked like she was doing the banking....was very rude. I misread a price, she showed me that I was mistaken and I apologized. She didn't accept the apology and as I left I stated.. "you're welcome ". Bad customer service.

I just called and the name of the lady I believe is Nora she was really rude and cero professionalism... It's not the first time it happens so I will never go back. Rather buy through eBay...
