They got an appointment in a very short time once I called. When i called, they looked to see if i was due for any other service I need to keep up the maintenance of my vehicle. They called or text with updated while they were working on it. Honest with their findings. Very friendly. It was a good visit

Pickup stuck in 1st gear. Waited a month to get in after being assured by service manager transmission would be warrantied. They had vehicle for a month. Called 4 times over the month till I got update. Told me nothing wrong with it & to pick it up and bring it back when codes come in even though I sent them the 3 codes it threw. Drove 10 miles & check engine light came back on. Wasted 2 months and now I guess lll have to take it elsewhere. Also said won't warranty which is why I waited a month to begin with. Pickup has been in multiple times to resolve transmission issue in the 20k miles I've owned it.
