I had window tinting and took back because there was markings where you could tell they pressed it down on the drivers side. I took it back and showed them and they wanted me to wait a month saying it would fade after dry. In the meantime, we had never opened the passenger window and it was a couple months later my husband rolled window down and there was a hole in the upper part! I am so disappointed in the quality of the tint and also how it was applied. The location is so inconvenient and they do not offer rides so 5 months later I am getting rid of car and lost my $100. Maybe they are awesome at car washing, but not tinting. Must be new owners!

Convenient that they have a pickup service, but this leads to no communication. I left SIX voicemails over two months and did not get a single call back. I had to show up at the shop to get their attention. They guarantee their work but are not open to critique. Unhappy with the scratches and bubbles on my “old” 2014 car windows and the condition of my door panels when returned. “It’s just soapy water.” For a detail business I had higher expectations!Service: Window tinting

After waiting for 6 weeks for my appointment I was told just to drop my vehicle off in the morning And he will call when it's done. I go there early in the morning to drop my vehicle off and he doesn't have a Dropbox I was expected to leave my brand new truck sitting off of expressway with the keys in it very unprofessional I do not recommend this place. Had I known that I was gonna go through this type of an experience I would have went with somebody else as I waited 6 weeks it's to get my tint done.

We had an appt. @ 9 he said he would have it done by noon. He called by 10:30 said it was done. Awesome job, looks great, very very happy with the outcome!

picked up vehicle bugs all over the front of the vehicle still missing a box of electronics for the DVD system ect. called back looking for the stuff and they had it absolutely the worst detail I've ever had done when I brought it to there attention they did nock off $50 and they do not remove tree sap when getting a detail inside and out ive used them in the past and they did a good job

I've been taking both of my vehicles to Jeff for years. I've had him do window tinting & inside/out detailing. The work they do is very pristine. My last visit there was April 14th. I took our pickup in for interior detailing. They detailed & sanitized the interior, then as an added bonus they washed the exterior as well.

I'm very disappointed with the service I received here. When I set up my appointment and when I dropped off my 4runner I asked to make sure the under side of the truck was cleaned really good. Both times I told them, the associates I spoke with said "No problem". I also said I didn't really care too much about the outside of the truck, just the underside and the interior.
