I have had this shop work on 3 vehicles over the last few years and everytime they are awesome. They do not put in extra parts, they do not give you the run around, they don't lie to you. They are straight up honest with what you need, parts costs, and timeline for doing repairs. Twice I have brought vehicles in close to closing time, once they got part and fixed it before they left and the 2nd time they got me a diagnosis so I knew what was needed. They then got the parts sooner and at a lower cost than what they quoted me. They keep in contact so I knew what was going on. The last time I asked them to fix a coolant leak and replace brake pads I thought were bad. After examination they found the brake pads to be good, but an electrical problem. Most shops would have done the brakes anyhow and got the extra money. I definitely will use Oswald Brothers anytime I need repairs while in Bismarck.

We've taken several vehicles to Oswald Brother over the years and always been delighted with their service and their prices. It's difficult to find an auto repair place one can trust, and once I discovered Oswald Brothers I knew my search was over. When I've had conversations about the nature of my vehicle's issue they've been great to talk to and given good feedback. I won't even consider taking my vehicles anywhere else for repair.

Thank you Oswald Bros Auto Repair. Professional, polite, efficient and eager to help is how I describe these folks. Plus the bill was way under expected. I recommend this auto repair shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to get their automobile worked on. I will go nowhere else.

These guys were awesome. No pressure... Heather understood that I ran into a similar problem with my truck that just needed a spark plug changed (fingers crossed it's not anything else). They did exactly that and my truck is running smooth again. Great price too, thanks!

Quick, affordable service! They fixed a problem that was present when I took it to another shop. The other guys I formed me of the expensive jobs that I'll want to take care of "down the road", but did not address the obvious problem that cost less than $200 to fix & kept my car from breaking down. I'll definitely go back to Oswald Brothers again.
