Had them fix me up on 9-12-23 at 9:30am. Marv was the man in the mobile truck and he was a pro. Thanks for getting my truck tires changed and back on the road.

Credit Card Fraud. I drove to the shop for a spare tire mount, it was after hours at 8pm. Time spent from service call to shop was 20 mins. Time used for spare mount 30 mins. This is where it gets stupid, time wasted waiting on techs supervisor to answer the phone 30 mins. The tech didn't know the price or how to ring it up. After wasting my time, i let them take a picture of the Credit card, as a show of good faith. They said they will call you Monday, confirm the price and get me receipt. Guess what no one called and no one called back after i called them for a receipt and explanation why a spare mount to put my own tire on cost $360 for 1hr 10m labor - that is the total time - travel to, spare mount, travel from. Not to mention wasting 30 mins of my time after the service was done.The bottom line they did not have consent to charge my card and did so anyways.

Had an appointment at 10:30am to rotate a few travel trailer (RV) tires. Running late leaving the campground, and called to let them know. They said they will try to fit me in. I arrived at 11:45 or so. Left at around 12:30pm minus 40bucks. I have had RV tires rotated before at 20 bucks back in Kentucky.

Awesome shop, priced to recaps at big truck stop, thought they were overpriced for what I needed, got a flat the next morning called NW, went there fast service, saved hundreds by going here, will definitely use their services again best service and friendly staff
