My experience was okay, made an online order that morning for a pickup. I got the confirmation email that it was ready for pickup and went there after work around 3 p.m. I waited over 10 minutes for a NAPA representative to find my order. Overall good quality parts and convenient location. The vibe was very North Dakontan, despite the mannequin head in one of the upper floor windows staring down. ;)

The management was amazing as I dealt with a problem. They explained how to deal with it and I went home happily with the part I was needing. BEST SERVICE EVER.

Best experience I have had there since I have ever went there. The sales associate that I dealt with was employee #2 ( got that from sales receipt) can't remember his name but if I go back I will definitely ask him and update this review and get his name. Thanks again and thanks for the great knowledgeable customer service
