My experience was okay, made an online order that morning for a pickup. I got the confirmation email that it was ready for pickup and went there after work around 3 p.m. I waited over 10 minutes for a NAPA representative to find my order. Overall good quality parts and convenient location. The vibe was very North Dakontan, despite the mannequin head in one of the upper floor windows staring down. ;)
