“I had a disagreement with a Stearns and Foster, I expected it to be firm but it sank after a few days of use, Mattress firm gave me the necessary advice to solve the problem and what they told me seemed true, that the box could be affecting the firmness of the mattress. Finally I decided on another brand and changed the split box spring, I can't conclude if it was actually the Box Spring or poor quality of the mattress. The store was very attentive to me. I would buy from her again”
