“Stopped in tonight about a package that I dropped off there but had not reached the destination. I was like third in line. A manger came right out and asked if we had been greeted. Super friendly and cordial. Then immediately helped and rectified my issue. Impressive customer service.”
“Sherri and elley were so very helpful!! Ive never shipped live plants before, and the ladies were so helpful and kind. My only negative comment would be the older gentlemen working was fairly rude by trying to rush the lady. I appreciated the ladies patience and friendly attitudes”
