NOT RELIABLE, NOT PROFESSIONAL, and DEFINITELY NOT A HONEST COMPANY! Save your money and time and don’t even use them.
Do not use this company! They will damage the front of your car, and try not to tell you and they will also tow your car in PARK! Then dodge your insurance company, to pay for damages to your car that they caused!
They will also put you on the run around, accept your job for a tow, and not do it but keep accepting and telling insurance that they will tow to the shop for you but never do it! (cause you know we thought they were decent humans and would want to some how help us after ruining our car!)
Also they will tell you to stop tripping and hang up on you!

So thankful for this company!! They were still towing vehicles at 1 am from the rainstorm. My vehicle was on the side of the road leading to a parking lot, they found it and towed it to where it needed to be. Extremely appreciative of them for taking care of my vehicle when I needed it!

This is the second time I have had to call MAAS and they’re great! If you own a Euro car this is the tow company to call for sure!!

Went thru my insurance company to have this company assigned to tow a motorcycle. Waited an hour and a half for him to arrive. When he didn’t, my insurance company called him and he said he couldn’t tow a motorcycle. Then why take the job?? Waited over a hour and a half because he couldn’t tell them that when he accepted the job. I can’t figure if it’s indifference or incompetence. No wonder this company has so many bad reviews.

I would give them a 5 stars. We broke down in Buismarck North Dakoda with 3 kids. With a gash In lower radiator line. They were avaliable to work on our BMW X3 when everyone else was booked out a week. We had to wait 1 day to order parts. But had us back on the road with in 2 days. Cost were decent for the work that needed to be done and 6 parts that had to be replaced. We were able to make it to South Dakota to finish off our Vacation and home to Oregon and didn't have any more problems. Tow guy was very professional and did a great job towing our vehicle. Mechanic was very efficient and double checked his work and had some one else check his work and test drove vehicle before releasing our vehicle. Only thing we could say could have gone better would have been better communication about estimated time vehicle would be done since we were staying in a hotel while the repairs were completed. Thank you to you any your team for the work you did 100% appreciated. I would recommend their services to anyone stranded in Bismarck Noth Dakoda with a BMW for sure!

Very thankful for this team! I had an employee pop a tire a few towns over after 5pm. This group worked with us to buy the correct tire at Walmart, since it was not in stock at their garage, and quickly attached it to the rim and got us on our way! They did this all in less than three hours. Appreciative that they stayed open late and really went the extra mile to take care of us, when there were very limited options!

Tow Damaged my Bumper an Broke the hooks an Dented my Gas tank call them to get there insurance an just hung up on me only Someone who is a weasel in Business does that,I won’t give up to the bitter end I’m having Maas fix it,I’ll be bringing Claims Court Paperwork

Very disappointed with this place. Had it in their shop Thursday to Saturday. Asked to check why the check engine light was on and FIX it. 20 miles later it was on again. Plus they had total lack of communication. Consumer beware

Mo picked up my car around 7am on a Saturday and got it asap and got it worked on right away. Was very good at keeping me in the loop on updates and even stayed an hour late to finish my vehicle up!! Which I was so grateful for!

They got to the car in good time but ended up driving off the driveway and rutted the yard a bit. Then when they got the car to shop "fixed" it in a timely fashion but... took it home and drove for 3-4 days and same problem again took it back and they said was fixed again we got the car and after a day or so same problem. They took it back again and fixed it. (this time it was. ) Had good luck with them in the past but, I don't Think I will take a car there again.
UPDATE: THOUGHT WAS FIXED BUT POWER STEERING FLUID ALL OVER GROUND AGAIN THIS MORNING. i SHALL TAKE SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GET FIXED.

Called USAA for a jump and Maas came right away. Cells are shot and battery needs replacement- better price to install at Maas than competitors. So scheduled the flatbed to come the next day. They had the battery and installed it. Happy with their service and price. Now my brand new key fob (from Mini Motorwerks in MSP ) does not work to lock or unlock remotely, Maas said fob charges when it’s in the running car. But, My 7 year Old fob that Maas had when replacing battery does work.…. Hmmmm?
Update- Chrome trim “snaps” on hood was broken in two spots and flopping loose and hood scratched. They tried to glue after I spotted it, but too cold outside for the epoxy to set. Ordering new chrome for them to put on for me. Chrome is trimming the hood, so in a bad spot, but was attached before. Will be fixed soon. And I’ll update.

Great communication and service. We had kind of a tricky tow situation as the vehicle wouldn't go into neutral. They quickly got the right equipment and got it where it needed to be! Highly recommended.
