Landers' Shell and Northside Market is a great local hidden gem and refueling stop at a highway intersection. It is much more than a typical gas station, featuring a sandwich shop inside that puts other chains to shame. The bread is fresh and hardy, with well-seasoned meats and good portions. The homemade soup and sandwiches are delicious, flavorful, and hearty, with the Italian sandwich being a favorite. The business is a third-generation operation offering excellent service and clean facilities. It is a convenient spot for gas, snacks, and fishing equipment, but for the unbelievable lunchtime sandwiches, it is best to call ahead as the sandwich shop closes earlier than the convenience store.
Landers catered boxed lunches or sandwiches and salads for a company event. Erika and her team were easy to work with and delivered to our office making it so convenient.
