This happened today at 3600 state St. Bismarck, ND.
Not only did other people ignore this, but your employees ignored the situation. Compassion!!!
Filling gas about an hour ago. Walking inside and looked over and saw this older gentlemen rolling back and forth on the ground trying to get back up. I walked over to see if he was OK and said his legs gave out and was having trouble getting up. I tried to pull him up by his arms and he couldn't get his legs under him. So I bear hugged him and got him up to his feet. Got him inside and asked the gas station attendant to grab a chair for him and he looked at me and just went back to running the till. Got him a chair and hung out with him for for 10 mins to make sure he was OK. Asked if he needed me to call an ambulance and he said he was good. That's when I noticed his veteran hat and veteran patch he was wearing. As I sat there talking to him. I looked out at the 6 cars filling gas watching this go down and not a single person tried to help. I'm trying not to lose faith in humanity but wow. When did we stop being good to our fellow man and doing the right thing.

Got a car wash here, the line was extremely slow and they BARELY even cleaned my car. Was still extremely dirty afterwards, not worth 11$ by any means.

This location's car wash is very very slow. I've never been in a slower car-wash waiting line.

There is a small, tweaked out blonde employee at this store who needs to be fired immediately. Extremely rude and should not be working with the public.

Worst customer service ever.... the the cashiers were sour and just looked angry. Will go out of my way to not spend 3000 a year in gas there.

This location sucks, the restrooms are always closed, there’s usually no one at the register. if there is someone at the register they’re behind talking with each other. they always have one person at the register who is always rude.

We went there looking for their awesome hotdog deal at around 1pm. The hotdog roller was empty. I spoke to one person working there and their response was "oh well". Another employee said "well I dont know what our cooker is doing right now". I understand things run out but it does not excuse the poor customer service of the employees.

The employees are rude and when confronted about a mistake the cashier had made he refused to sell me the product I asked for and kicked me out of the store.

Just stopped to get gas asked the employee behind counter if I can do five dollars cash and five dollars on card as I have done before he Rudely shuts me down and tell me I’m lieing cause in the 9months he has been there he’s never seen it done cause they never do. And his co worker tryed backing him up very unprofessional to have rude employees not the customers fault there working at night. Hire better employees holiday management

Friday June 2nd @ 4:30 pm I pull up to the North door and smell weed. There is a worker for Holiday sitting in a red car from OK smoking a pipe right in the open. She didn't care that people were sitting next to her. Once she finished she goes into the store and works. Very disappointed in management not seeing this kind of behavior and allowing employees to be high while at work. Total disrespect for the job.
