Normally have no issues. But if you do don't wast your time asking to talk to someone else. They will all attack you, threatening you and make you never want to go there again.Understand, I have been her 30 or 40 times before this with no issues. I actually preferred it to other places. But because of the actions of two people above the person I was wanting to talk to them about, won't.The funny thing us all I wanted to say was maybe the guy at the counter needs a little bit of a break.

Bunch of scammers, I went there for gas, didn’t spend more than 18$ and I find a charge of 176$ on my credit card.Be careful with this gas station.I am reporting them.

Went in for a late gas station run to get snacks and the only lady working there was friendly and talking to these white guys yet when me and my dad went up she had an attitude and didn’t even say hello or anything and said I was supposed to pay for my f’real first before making it and how there was a sign saying that yet I didn’t see it but I still apologized, when she was bagging the items she only bagged the items close to her and left some items out, when we payed she didn’t even say anything. Bad experience, and for context I am not white I am Native American, and yes I have a darker skin color. So the lady is clearly racist

Can't really see anything good about this place anymore. I got kicked out for no reason. Plus if you take a look at the American flag currently that thing is shredded needs to be burned. But hey you going to go there if you think that's right. I'm not bringing my business there anymore!!!!!

1 star mainly because of griffon and Jasmine. Today, as of 02/09/2023, I had the rudest experience in the store with Tyler.I went in and grabbed my stuff. Constantly staring at me blatantly with a scolding attitude, I did not appreciate it.When ringing up my items he was throwing them hard on the counter and being an absolute tool. Didn't want to say hi or how are you. When I said HI, how are you when I walked in.Then I told him I have tap as a lot of people forget to push till buttons to allow it to go through. He threw a cop-out fit and was like,"Well, you gotta wait for me to push the button so it can go through. It doesn't help anybody if you do it now." In a very not nice or friendly tone. ?I got out of there and made me not want to come and shop there. Yesterday, he threw an attitude tone at me, claiming all stores' lottery is cash only, and when I informed him that it's not true, Arco does allow debit. He replied back, saying, "No, all lottery sales are cash." Instead of saying in a polite manner, I'm sorry, we don't here. But I heard Arco does or or this place will. "What was even worse was Evan even tried to stick up for his attitude instead of being a proper manager and saying things like, "Yeah, we don't offer that service here. Please go to x for that service. Thank you. " Instead I got, "All lottery sales are final" in a barking dog attitude that would make anyone want to punch him in the face.I was not pleased with these people.If Jasmine or Griffin weren't there, I'd probably not shop at holiday anymore.With these attitudes, it's no wonder you can't keep workers or find people who want to work there. Plus the pay is too low for all the hard work some employees are doing. They deserve at least $20/an hour.

I have had the pleasure of being in Bismarck for the past 4 days. Not voluntary unfortunately my son had surgery on Wednesday Oct 13th, to remove part of his colon due to cancer. I have stopped at this store specifically for the hospitality of your employees. Very friendly. One employee imparticullary went above and beyond to comfort me and made me realize that my faith in humanity is still very much alive.Thank you so much Heather for your kind words and visible concern. You are a bright shining star in this sometimes dismal reality. MPW

This is the worst run business I've ever seen. The foods are old & stale. And the night clerks short change me everytime I go there. And when I call them out on it, they have to ask me to figure out the change for them. Pathetic.
