This Hertz (Hurts) location needs to be shutdown or hire competent employees. This place is a total joke. Been here on my 3rd trip and im teying to get my emplouer to approve another vendor as thisnis the worst rental experience i have experienced. One would think after COVID, they would attempt to clean the interior of the vehicles but not here. They give you a vehicle that is never what is reserved and blood and feathers in the luggage compartment. Sick! The smell was terrible as well. Lady working who pays way more attention to her makeup, could care less and said if I was unhappy I could rent elsewhere. I wish my business would! Save yourself the hassle and rent elsewhere. I'm tempted to just pay out of pocket to use Enterprise. Cheaper, too.

Rental a car here. Car smelled like cigarettes. Rented it for 2 days and was charged for 3. Bill was almost $1000. No wonder the lines at the others were so long. Last time I go here.

Renting the car was easy, returning it was a different story. When I returned it on Saturday morning at 5:30am there was no one at the counter, which is understandable. Put the keys in the after hours drop box. It is now Sunday and they still have not checked the car in an will not give me a receipt. I called and they said they were busy and I would just have to wait for them to have time to check it in.

Worst experience ever! Too many details to go into but to sum it up, I reserved a compact car but got a huge surprise. I can understand them switching from a compact to mid size but no way from a compact to an 8-passenger Ford Expedition full-size van. The counter service person who was there the Sunday I arrived at the airport was very rude and just kept saying there was nothing he could do. Being only 5' tall, I told him that I didn't feel safe or comfortable driving a van that big. I won't even repeat what he said next. The manager wasn't going to be there till Mon-Tues so I called Hertz corporate. They were very understanding and promised I'd get a refund. So I gave the keys and contract back to the the counter person and went to the next counter (Avis) who were more than accomodating and understanding. I got a compact car right away.The local Hertz manager/owner responded when he got back and issued me a refund.

President's Circle Member here. I ALWAYS book the insurance when I travel because I don't want to deal with the hassle of the shake down. THE AGENT REMOVED THE INSURANCE I PLACED ON MY RESERVATION.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Husband had a debit card to pay for his car and they wouldn’t accept it, so he has been stranded in the airport for hours.

Never rent from these rude people. Lady said she didn’t have a car available for me and I was to be put on a waiting list for a month! A month! All because I was an insurance claim, those unfortunate souls are put on a separate list than other reservations and then hung up the phone on me because they didn’t have anything else available. Wonderful customer service. Never rent from them.

Do not rent from them. Problem 1-they mixed up my reservation and tried to charge me for 6 days when my rental was for 2. Problem 2- They tried to come after me for hail damage for the time that I rented. I was able to prove with weather reports and attorneys that the nearest hail was 190 miles away and my odometer only went 70 miles. Problem 3-they use a very fraudulent insurance business that tried to come after my insurance company and actually personally threatened me. It took 3 months and threatening legal action, but I won my case. If you rent from here take photos of your car before and after. Apparently, their corrupt insurance company "phishes" for possible weather interactions. I don't know how this is legal...but I am staying away from Hertz and this rental location!!!

Called 6 times from 4-5 and no one answered. Walked in as I was calling at 5:15 and the phone was ringing and the lady was just ignoring it. Probably better fire her. 8/18 at 5:15pm. If the site says Hertz accept debit then you need to honor that. No exceptions or excuses.

Should be ABSOLUTE 0. I will NEVER use them again. I had a Reservation. which means there is a guaranteed car for me. NOPE not. They could have said sorry but we reserved a car for you from another company on your behalf. NOPE they basically said we have no cars and F u!! Well there were several cars in the lot, guess they hate customers. Horrible company

This was the worst nightmare ever, show up to get my car and this ride j*** refused my credit card because it was an atm visa...he said it wasn't a credit card and refused to even try to run the card, they took that same credit card and had already charged my card for the rental and insurance, but refused to even consider running it , rude rude rude, if Expedia adds them to my account ill stop using expedia...ill be blocking hertz., worst customer service I've ever experienced!!!
