I went in this afternoon and was helped by Daniel. He informed me that he was new, but he still had valuable information for me, as I don't know much about supplements. I went in looking for pre-workout in post-workout powders with some specific needs (zero calorie and caffeine free). He was able to locate some for me and give me recommendations/alternatives, plus he told me about some benefits and setbacks of most of the nutrients. I was pleased with my service and would return.

New to town and went in there to buy some supplements. The employee working was on a phone call on speaker phone. When I asked for some help she provided very little help and didn’t have any other suggestions, then she went back to her phone conversation and didn’t hang up in till I got to the counter and stood there for a couple seconds.

I Went in today to buy a couple of game fuels for my lifting session Tommorow. When I got up to the counter with my drinks and legendary low carb pop tart I was asked for my number by the gent checking my items out. I told the two gents at the front that I didn’t have a number enrolled and the gent that was helping the new guy informed me that I would have to enroll my number to buy anything. I was honestly takenBack as yesterday I was in there buying stuff and was not told that at all and I was not denied from being able to buy the stuff I wanted. I was so taken back by this that I had to ask him if this was true and if it was written somewhere in policy that I could actually look at. He stated to me that his boss had told him that he had to let people know they had to enroll and if they didn’t they wouldn’t be able to buy at GNC. I told him this was insanity and that I would like the name and number of the manager. He wrote it down for me and told me to have a good day. I intended to call the manager to ask them if this is truly policy but decided not to and that from this point I will just take my business elsewhere. I mean hey if that’s a new policy then cool, I can respect that and take my business elsewhere, however if this guy was just trying to get people signed up and lied to me then that is some of shadiest business practice measures I have ever seen.

Came at 6:25 on a Thursday... supposed to be open till 8pm... maybe actually be open your hours stated or update them with current hours. Wasted my time going out of my way. Guess I'll order what I need online from another company.

Don’t go their ,worker knows nothing about products and shouldn’t be there with no knowledge if you want products order online yourself or go somewhere else Will not be going back

Disappointment, order online if you like their products. Customer service is a huge zero and the store isn’t very stocked.

Came in at 1:30 pm on a Sunday. There were 3 people behind the counter, not one of them welcomed me and my dad or asked if they could help. I sat by the counter trying to find the vitamins I needed and still no help but they had no problem using foul language with customers in the store. I looked at them several times but they continued to ignore me and I couldn't tell who actually worked there as all 3 were dressed in street clothes and not very professional. When my dad and I finally left he mentioned that 2 of the people behind the counter walked in after us and must have been friends of the employee working. They need new/updated training for their employees and new policies apparently.
