I was not impressed with the customer service offered over the phone. Called about two cars just to ask if they were smoked in, and was given no good answer about it. Also asked about in-house financing. Was told they would not consider us because we lived two hours away. Not impressed with the customer service. I don't care how cheap the cars are, I will not be buying one from here.

I bought two vehicles from here. They both ran good and payments were not outrageous. So overall I would say this is a 4 star business. Plus the owner is a very nice gentleman.

Came down to it was honest with him but wasnt honest back. Took $200 out of my pocket which I never seen it get refunded even when asked about it. Never will step foot on his lot again. Plus car he tried to sell me wasnt fixed at all. Cracked windshield and all. Another had a screw in the visor and kept falling. Stay away!

Should have known it was a bad place after he had to jump start every single car to get it to run for us. Sold me a 2005 Chevy Malibu, as soon as I drove it off the lot I started having issues. Immediately got a low fuel light, oil change warning, and turn signal wouldn't work. Took it back, and they fixed the light enough for me to drive it for two months before it broke and I had to have the whole housing replaced. Since then it has been nothing but issues and now I've put in as much money for repairs as it took to buy it and I haven't even had it for a full year. He does not take good care of his cars and will sell you a lemon. Avoid and find someone else to deal with.

Have money or a trade to put down. Be upfront in what you're looking for and understand these are USED cars. There will be issues with them. Make your payments on time and Gerald is a great man to work with.
