I'm not happy. I bought this car about 3 months & found 3 items that weren't right. I know you can't warranty a car forever, but I asked one of your advisors a month ago about the engine running poorly. He said if the check engine wasn't on there was nothing you could do. Yesterday I was told that wasn't correct after they put it on a computer. The #2 plug is missing but not enough to trigger the light. It has needed a new spark plug since I bought it. I don't think I should have to pay $355 to get it right. Also I was there from 9am until 2pm because there was a lack of communication & efficiency. It will be difficult to come back to Eides.

I always get great service here! Just got an oil change done and they even removed the dead bird from my front grill!! They are quick and go through everything with me when they are done. You can drop off your vehicle or wait for it in the customer lounge. Highly recommend using them!
