There is always such a good selection of anything you are looking for. The staff is polite and courteous. The prices always seem fair.

First time shopping here, and they have a good selection. Not many sales tho. It was a fun store with a great selection.

The prices are outrageous , even with the sales . Over priced stuff. Why not just go to scheel's and pay for quality stuff at the same price !!

The help was amazing and personable. Prices were great and store is still full of merchandise, unlike some others due to covid.

Usually this place is short on staff, but today was totally different. I was impressed with inventory and customer service. Good job.

The good: the store is big, clean, and well stocked. The prices are a little below average for the area so that’s nice. It has the potential of being a beautiful and successful store. The bad: the customer service is nonexistent. I can’t even get acknowledged until I’m on my way out the door empty handed (and often not even then with a “have a nice day”) because everyone else is so busy standing around talking.Last time I was there I had three people completely ignore me (one of who I acknowledged and said hi, another of whom I couldn’t catch up to as they dodged down an aisle when I was trying to get help but with my metal knee I couldn’t move fast enough to get help). Then on the way out the door (without finding what I needed) there was a gaggle of employees at the counter talking and they didn’t even acknowledge me as I left.Having been in big box retail management myself I have to say - I can’t imagine any company where the service here would have flown. They’re going to go the same direction as their neighbor Gordman’s went once everyone realizes how bad it is. In a town like Bismarck new large chains have to fight to win business with amazing customer service from competition because of the ingrained customer loyalty people have here - and Dick’s competition is killing them in the service department.
