CVS Pharmacy on South 3rd Street Bismarck ND. All staff are rude and inconsiderate. Was not for CUSTOMERS needing medicine they would be out of work and close their doors.

I tried having my perscriptions transferred here. I have dual insurance and they called to say there was an issue with my primary. I came to the store and gave both of my insurances and they said I had to get a prior authorization for one. I was already two weeks behind on picking up RX. When I showed up to puck them up a week later, they said the price was expensive. I told them I shouldn't have to pay anything as I have dual insurance. They said they don't bill multiple insurances and it would have to be my responsibility to get reimbursement from my secondary insurance. Why didn't anyone say that two weeks ago when I physically went in and handed over my insurance cards??? Now I have to find a new pharmacy, get ANOTHER prior authorization, and wait at least another week! They only take certain insurances and they don't say anything about it until you are ready to pay. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! I have never had this problem anywhere else!

Check prices of your prescriptions after applying any insurance that you might have. Sometimes CVS is cheaper or close to the same as some of the others and sometimes they are TWO TO THREE times higher. You pay for the convenience of the drive up.

I would give a -100 if could. Very rude. Extremely dirty. Pharmacists just throwing prescriptions around. Employees didn't care about customers, prescriptions, or anything. Horrible place.

Perfectly fine and A-OK CVS. I stopped in briefly to pick up a package of vitamin C supplements with the intention of fighting off what might be a cold. So far, so good. As for the store, it's a classic formula CVS with everything laid out exactly the same as just about any other. Neatly organized, well stocked, clear prices. Snacks, candies, magazines, greeting cards, cosmetics, personal car, over-the counter and pharmacy medications. [Review 10605 overall, 373 of 2019.]

The ladies in the pharmacy need an attitude adjustment. I believe the ones name was nicole, completely rude to myself and my boyfriend and wouldn't answer any of the questions I had. Ripped our prescription papers from us and walked away from the register she was initially at. I asked how long the estimated time for pick up would be and she literally rolled her eyes to my face, walked away, and then hollered "about fifteen minutes" as she was facing her coworkers. You work in a pharmacy. I get that you have a call waiting but you weren't busy. You're not a saint. Get off of your high horse.

The pharmacists have god complexes. I get it, you're awesome. I'm just a lowly peasant. They aren't even private about the rude things they say. I was sitting there waiting for my prescription and literally heard a male pharmacist make a comment about how he doesn't even want to be nice and fill generic for me. Wow. "I should feel good about this, but I don't." Direct quote. Wow. I was too sick to say anything, I just cried. Guess I'll just die next time instead?

Don't ask anyone to do their job that works there, that would mean that they have to help people and actually work, I know standing in a store all day must be very hard, why be in customer service if you don't actually want to do anything
