My son who is in the military got rear-ended a couple of months ago. He is very young and inexperienced, but I knew that he needed to get his vehicle repaired. The insurance company for the other driver recommended Centennial Collision & Paint in Bismarck North Dakota. I contacted them so that I can try and help my son out and spoke to someone named Tara. I have spoken to her quite often on and off over the past month or so so I can try to get my son‘s vehicle in there. She has been so nice, she has been so patient and so understanding of the situation that we are in considering I am 1000 miles away in Arizona trying to help my son repair his car in North Dakota. She is literally one of the nicest people I have spoken to when it comes to Customer Service. she assured me that she would take care of my son, and that she would help him anyway that she can because she understands the situation that we are in. If I could give more than five stars I would, but unfortunately I can only give five. If anyone is reading this, and they need to get their vehicle repaired, I encourage you to go here and speak to Tara, ask for her and she’ll help you out. Trust me.

Great, friendly customer service! The car was clean when we picked it up and the lifetime warranty of the work as long as own the vehicle is awesome!
