On August 6 2022 I Came from Minot to Bismarck to come to this Capital CU branch because this is the only place in the whole area which have a ATM in which I can make cash deposits to my account (Currently I have Navy Federal Credit Union which has a partnership with Capital CU) according to Google Map and their door sign say they supposed to be close by 2 pm. I arrived by 1:30 pm and they were already close. Then they have the ATM machine in a location which no body can have access after they close. What is the purpose to have an ATM machine in an area where no body can have access after you close operations??? ATM’s supposed to be in a location where people can have free access, especially after hours. Doesn’t make any sense at all having the ATM inside the branch where no body can use it after hours. Feel Very Frustrated that day. I wasted Gas, money and Time for NOTHING. After I arrived on the time they supposed to be open and then find out they were closed because they randomly decided to close early that day.

The teller Chase quit literally saved us. We drove 13 hours out of state to putchase a food trailer to start our new business. Our wire transfer from our personal Discover (?) account didnt process in time. We needed a cashiers check in a pretty large amount to give to the seller. No banks would help us.Chase actually listened to us and contacted his management to figure out a way to help us.Because of Chase we are able to begin our dream of starting our own small business.Thank you so much!**Chase deserves a promotion**We HIGHLY RECOMMEND banking with Capital Credit Union

I’ve been banking at CCU for about 10 years or more. I went in to see if I could speak with a mortgage officer and they couldn’t spare a few minutes to talk to me. 5 minutes versus losing business? Customer service at its finest.

I can say I have yet to have a good experience with CCU. Since the moment I opened an account, it has been one hassle after another. I have no confidence or trust in this institution.

No communication with customers. Lots of the Representatives have attitudes when you have questions. We have beenmebers for 10 plus years and recently this bank has gone down hill fast. Might be time to switch.
