Teri gave way better customer service compared to the corporate Verizon store by the mall. I do wish they told me a bit more about the prices of accessories but they did waive a lot of fees and helped fix the issues caused by the corporate location by the mall. Overall 5 outta 5 stars for Teri and her coworkers

Was a great experience and they actually wanted to help! Week before i sat at a different Verizon for 3 hrs waiting for help and not one work even said a word to me
