Someone give Landon a raise, the man is a life saver. I travel and have to switch sims is nerve-racking cause i might loose my SIM card, switched it to esim, now i don't gotta worry about losing anything. In and out 10 min tops.

I went in for some help with a charge on the bill. I was told that the ATT store can not make changes to bills and that I had to call into the company to fix the problem. I called in and the representative said that the problem was fixed. I will find out on the next bill.
