Joe is a great employee. He is attentive, explains things thoroughly, and works with you. He did not push me to make a decision but gave me information so I could make a uniformed decision. He listened to me and my concerns; at no time did he make me feel like I was a nuisance or wasting his time. I had a lot of questions and concerns about service, pricing, procedures, policies, plans, and billing. He was very patient with me, answered all the questions I asked and most importantly he didn't brush my concerns aside. I never felt uncomfortable asking all my questions and never once did Joe make me feel like my concerns were silly or dumb. AT&T is very lucky to have Joe as an employee.

I went on 1/8/24 to return my old phone in order to be credited. I got rejected saying that it had been 31 days, not 30, since 12/9/23. Before this an ATT customer service (over the phone) had told me yes but they still refused to take my phone. After I left I called again and for the second time I was told today was the last day (over the phone). I went to the Lasalle location and they took my phone, no drama.Thanks to the incompetency of Rileigh and the other lady that day I almost missed out on a one thousand dollar credit!You give AT&T a bad name. I was even told by her that they have no manager in that location... How unprofessional to hear that.Thankfully the other location has employees that know that when you begin to count you count the next digit. When you add 2+2 you don't count 2,3 and say it is 3. Very unintelligent staff.

Over priced phones and phone plans. Advertising thy have a three I phone deal go in and all the sudden thy don't have that deal but will set you up with cheap phones and way over priced plan's don't recommend.

I have worked in customer service for over 45 years and have NEVER had such poor help!!! The representative at the McMinnville store was checking his phone for the "Ring" alert he received and was texting his Dad. He was more concerned about getting something to eat. The First Net Rep needed to speak to him and he said he’d be there in a few minutes after he ate something. ( he was not having a medical condition that required him to put us off). He did not resolve the issue and did not have a logical solution, according to the manager. We received more help from the First Net representative and her supervisor. We will NEVER go back to this store again. I will drive and extra 45 miles to the next closest store and hopefully get someone that is interested in helping the customer.

So far my experience was very enjoyable and informative and the employees were very courteous and polite. I do hope to do business with them continuously in the future and so far I am satisfied with my products and service thank you. I love my new Flip Z by Google! Sean was very nice and even humorous and we enjoy that. ?

Went to AT&T because Straight Talk...well, their service is rotten. Joey stepped up to help my wife and I get everything straightened out and worked for about 2 hours with us to get numbers transferred and the price of the phone to an affordable level. Joey is not a customer service sales associate, this guy is a sales expert and should be making gobs of money for his expertise and fantastic customer service. Joey answered all of our questions and even helped other associates with their questions. He is a rock star that went well above and beyond what he had to do.
