Nothing but bad things to say about this company. They do not care about their customers one bit. I own a business and have a business account with them…it has been a nightmare to get access to my funds. Constant problems with my debit cards and the banking app….you only get a response back when it is convenient for them…..I ask them to simply issue me a new card then they proceed to tell me that they have fixed the issue with my said card (they did not)…..I have been banking with them for almost 6 years and they still treat me like a 14 year old who just open an account….I hope people realize that there are far better banks with far better customer service….Bravera is 100% employe owned and they only do things in the interest of making themselves money
