The bedding was stained. The bath area had hair in the corners on the floor and in bath tub. The location was highly accessible. It appeared, that because of the very low room cost, workers from the gasification facility located nearby lived at this facility. I was visiting family and stayed at this facility only because all of the other hotels were full. I will not stay here in the future.Rooms: Bed and bath ares not clean.

Traveling for I found this place when I was actually at the place I originally thought about staying at... The motel I originally planned on staying at nobody ever came to the front desk. Saw this place pretty much next door. I got a room and some rest. It's not a bad place room was clean all the linen was fresh, and the staff was very kind.

It's a cut rate accommodation. Unfortunately it stinks, and is unsanitary. I was awakened at 3am by bed bugs biting me. The HVAC filter was absolutely disgusting as if it hadn't been cleaned in years. Always check filters. Wash the dust out of them in the tub. It is to protect your health.The front door has a sign hanging on it that use other door. The closer is disconnected because the screws fell out the door, and no one has enough sense to make a very basic repair.

Straight forward hotel, great people work there, fair price. Down side, the hang out area is at the front desk so you are literally cutting through people's dinner when going to/from your room. No overhead light so its pretty dark in the room, when cooking (foreman grill) the power in the room cuts out. The lady at the front desk is fast about turning it on. The people at the hotel are completely friendly and inviting.
