I stay very often at the Beulah Cobblestone over the last 7 years. The staff is so friendly and very accommodating. They always greet me by my first name and always make sure my stay was enjoyable. If I need anything they are more than willing to help me out. The rooms I have stayed in have always been neat and clean. I highly recommend Cobblestone in Beulah North Dakota. If all the Cobblestones are like the one in Beulah you will have a very pleasant experience.

Best hotel in Hazen, Beulah, ND area. Front desk staff could use some customer service training. The gal who checked us in was very rude. Also, rooms could be cleaned better. Breakfast was super good though.

Came up to Beulah to visit my brother working at one of the Gasification Plants. The lady at the front desk, Tammy, was so so so nice. She is such an awesome lady. My daughter, niece and nephew talked on the way home about how they wish they could've brought Tammy back to St. Paul with us! ? The rooms were nice and clean and everything was great!Rooms: Comfortable beds!Food & drinks: Nice breakfast in the morning. A lot of different options.

Found a cockroach in my room 211 called front desk to let them know and the lady told me that cockroaches don't live in ND , I took a video and went down and showed her and they didn't offer to switch my room or anything. Instead she told me to show her boss when I was going to check out.

Wife attending class Reunion in Hazen. Stayed here when our niece got married. In my opinion best place to stay in Beulah Hazen area.

Currently on our 3rd night stay. I can not wait to leave here in the morning and stay elsewhere. We are here on company business that often brings us here and have never had a problem until now. We have several rooms booked with other staff. Sunday no problems. Monday evening after freezing all night Sunday (we are from Louisiana) I go and ask for a blanket. After being told where it would be in room I explained that it was not one in room that I have looked the room over multiple times. The lady proceeded to tell me where it should be. Again I explain it's not there as well as in any drawer. She gets room number and says she will bring one up. We go to our room and wait. She promptly arrived and knocked on the door. I open door to her asking me could she come in and look. I allowed and she looked where she said it would be and agreed that it was not there. Then proceeded to walk past me and says she needs to search our drawers. I explained to her for like the 4th time I had already searched everywhere. I felt so violated. But within a few min she returned and gazed at me with blanket in hand. I honestly didn't want to take it at that point. I can't even describe how it made me feel.Fast forward to tonight...it's like 5 min to 9. We get off elevator with a small handfull of dirty clothes to laundry. There she was...we didn't even have time to step off she snapped laundry closes at 10. Locks door infront of us and walks off without speaking.All of our stay was good except this one rude rude lady.

My husband stayed at this hotel while on a work trip. As far as the hotel itself I can't say how it was but be aware of your credit card system. Since my husband and two of his colleagues were a work trip their rooms were supposed to be charged to a corporate credit card. Upon check-in they were required to give their personal cards for incidentally, standard procedure for hotels. However this hotel then proceeded to charge the rooms to their personal card. On top of this there was then a random charge for $24 the day my husband checked out. I called and spoke with the manager who was supposed to refund our money and get it straightened out. She proceeded to charge our card an additional 2 times for 2 different amounts. She couldn't explain why they were all different or different from the reservation amount. All in all we were charged almost $1500. The hotel has not made it right and we had to close his credit card to prevent them from charging anymore. The manager was unapologetic about the second charges and insisted she credited the card not debited. It has ended up being a mess and they lost a company account because of this.

Excellent experience- the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. The staff was kind and courteous. The pool and hot tub looked like a good time as well. The bar/lounge is a nice touch. The continental breakfast had varied items throughout my stay and was very good.

The hotel clerk started yelling and verbally harassing us for having water and other sodas in the pool area. She asked us to remove them and we did but she continued to yell at us. Awful experience.

Well cleaned and updated hotel. I feel that due to the limited options of staff, they are forced to hire who applies. With this being said, the morning desk clerk was short with us and had very foul language. Profanity may not be offending to some, but it was offending to my wife and I. I'm happy that no children were in the lobby. Otherwise it was a very nice hotel.

Great place to stay close to the lake. Comfortable and convenient. Plenty of parking around back for boats.Rooms: Rooms were clean and comfortable.
