Very unorganized and the staff at this location loses packages easily. Wish they would get a new post master. Need someone organized and thorough.

I don't understand the hate for this post office. All of my packages arrive safely, and all my shipments make it to the recipients quickly. This is impressive considering how far this post is from Boone. The staff at this location are very helpful.

At Christmas time for some dumb reason UPS delivered a box to this post office when it should've been delivered right to my mothers door. But instead of delivering it to her, or contacting me the sender the post office "delivered it to the wrong house." After 4 attempts at trying to get them to locate my package they informed me "it was ok. They trust who they delivered it too." My sister spoke with all neighbors but no box. I got in touch with them again and told them they will have to reimburse it was insured. They said it wasn't their problem to contact the place who I purchased. Sadly my terminally ill mother never got her gift to open for Christmas. I hope however kept it enjoyed it.
