Tonight my husband went in to get me something cause I don’t feel good the woman told my husband I would probably like wine … I wanted something to settle my stomach. Then she told him they didn’t have the item despite it being in stock of 20 online. She told him to leave and they were closing . Thank you so much for being rude & lazy!

The manager called the police on me and refused to check me out. She had the police ban me from the store while in front of my children. btw I have never even had a ticket in my life . This manager has some sort of mental health issues. She is a younger woman, but was talking down to the older employees like they were less than her. I am disgusted that she is still there even after the district manager personally told me she has no authority to ban any one from the store for no reason. No one has reached out to me to fix this. She is not inclusive to all people and should be fired immediately. This women is a liability to the company.

I just wanted to say that when I visited the store today it was such a clean and Organized store! Everything was in it proper place and and it will now be my store!On top of that the staff is so friendly, always getting greeted when you walk in! The Store Manager I think Her name is Sammie! She is absolutely outstanding! She is always pleasant and it’s obvious she does her job and does it well! I just thought I would let everyone know that!I have been in the customer Service business all my life and it’s just nice to go shopping and be treated with respect! We don’t get that these days!I just needed to praise all of them! Thank you again to Sammie and all your staff! Keep up the great work!!

This Dollar General always has what I come looking for, and keep the selfs stocked! Least could be said for the one in Mountain City. The staff is three regular ladies and they are always so pleasant and helpful!

Just to be honest this is the most disorganized messiest Dollar General that I've seen in the whole County there is always at least 5 to 10 pallets of stuff in the Isles that's never put up.And all the other dollar generals in the county seems to be organized and very clean I don't know what's up with the one in zionville but this location definitely need help
