Walmart is where I and my family use to shop. I used to love shopping there. However, the store is appears dirty now, customer service poor, lack of mobile carts and the ones they have are old, dirty and falling apart. The employees have an I don't care attitude.

I always love to shop at Walmart, the store in Zebulon NC is a great store and I love shopping there. My Walmart in Dunn, Edwin NC, doesn't have as much stuff as the Walmart in Zebulon NC

I love coming to this location simply because of the people! But what really ticks my buttons about this place and others stores as well . I’m 100% sure every hardworker & work , is unappreciated . I’ve watched this sweet young lady up front bust her tail to make sure she keeps things running smoothly but Im pretty sure like most stores , she gets no thank u or appreciation ! I’ve seen this young lady all this week because I’ve seen her the 3 times I’ve visited this week. I spoke with her & simply just wanted to tell her thank u and how awesome she was . I watched her check on her cashiers and make sure they’ve had break or simply concerned about their wellbeing! I’m not sure if she’s a member of management or not . The cashiers were addressing her as team lead So I’m assuming that must be some type of management. All I’m getting at with this review is , management stop & take time to meet & thank your employees !

EDIT: called store support and they called pickup and apparently “there’s a system error” so all they can do is issue a refund in up to ten days so I guess I just don’t get to eat this week.
My issue is only with pickup orders.
And let me preface with the fact that I have been in customer service for years, and am by nature patient with other customer service employees.
I scheduled my pickup for between 6 and 7 today. It’s 7:40 and I’ve been here for over an hour. I’ve called the desk 10 times. I went in to customer service and they supposedly told pickup to bring my things out. They marked my order as picked up an hour ago. I’m still actively calling.
I have never ever had somebody answer when j call the number for the pickup desk. Literally not once. I’ve got frozen stuff that I am hoping is still frozen. Honestly I’m seething. I’m so angry.
The last pickup order I had was a couple of weeks ago, and I’m not exaggerating when I say my time in my spot hit the 2 hour mark. I was picking up one thing, and had to go to customer service for them to bring it directly there. I genuinely don’t know how many hours I’d spend waiting if I didn’t go in.
It wouldn’t bother me so much if it wasn’t every-damn-time. I don’t think I’ve ever spent less than 45 minutes waiting on a pickup order.
I watch cars come and go next to me the whole time, which I really don’t understand.
Anyway. I guess I just have to deal with it since I can’t grocery shop myself most days since I’m disabled and can’t spend a lot of time shopping, and so this is just my only option. I really truly hate this.

Great store, but they need more help and security. A woman was irate while I was there and all she kept saying was “I’m gonna go gangster on you” - worried me what she meant by it.
Other than that the store was great.
