The worst experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. I was in so much pain and couldn’t get my prescription because they say they don’t have it.

If I could give negative stars to this locations pharmacy I would. I recently switched here because we moved here and every single month they tell me that my prescriptions not on file and that I need to call my doctor. Then my doctor calls and the doctor says everything was fine. They are lazy and lie and say there’s no notes in my file when I spend 30 minutes on the phone with them every single month for the past 3. Complete incompetent lazy workers here.

Problems upon problems at the pharmacy. Rest of the store is great, but the pharmacy.. yikes.. The only explanation I can find is that a pharmacist is deleting the hard to fill prescriptions instead of ordering them. The doctor says they are sent over, but the pharmacy doesn't have record. Happens to 50% of the prescriptions, but not the other 50%. 2 years ago this Walgreens was horrible, then like a year ago it got very great, with prompt service.. now is back in the pits. Requests getting misunderstood.

I dont have a star to give, The manager CeeCee, at least that's what she said her name was, however; from the time i walked in until the time i walked out she was extremely RUDE, customer service was horrible and my order wasn't ready after they sent a message saying it would be ready by 4:50 and I'm here at 6:23. I'll be calling corporate bc no one with this kind of attitude should be a manager, and I won't be returning!!!!!

This is the worst Walgreens location in existence. If you are truly sick and need medications please call another location. It's taken more than 24 hours to get my prescription, if you call you get placed on hold and don't get anywhere with them. They are all incompetent.Do not recommend.

Great Walgreens location! I stop here often for snacks and drinks, beauty supplies, and I also like to look for squishmallows here. The employees are very nice and get through the line quickly whenever there’s a line at the register. This location can get really busy, especially from 4-6pm. Just be prepared if you’re going to stop by during their busy times!

By far the worse pharmacy I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The right hand has absolutely no idea what the left hand is doing. They jerk you around on pick up times. I actually was jerked around for a week trying to obtain a prescription for my husband's prostate cancer treatment. I will be bringing my pharmacy needs elsewhere.

After a phone call to get a prescription transferred due to my pharmacy not having it was told they have it and could fill it. great. Drove 30 minutes to be told they don't have the prescription yet. I drive back home and call a few hours later to see if it would he available at 7 in the morning. They hung up on me. I called back for 2 HOURS and they would not answer. I show up at 7 a.m. on the way to take my daughter to get her wisdom teeth out, and they still don't have it. then they find it, then they tell me they can't fill it. they can't accept a prescription faxed over from another pharmacy. I'm already stressed and worried about my daughter's procedure today and this is just unacceptable. they were rude and completely unprofessional.

For 3 years now they have screwed up my daughters life sustaining prescription 100% of the time. My wife and I have spoken with them hundreds of times and they still have no idea what they are doing. I question their ability to even be handling medication. We finally had enough and switched everything over to a new pharmacy. Even getting them to send all the information to the new pharmacy is looking to be a problem as well. This is more than a joke, it is a serious matter that should be looked into.

My fiance just waited TWO HOURS for my for them to fill my prescription. They told him 15 more minutes countless times and then after waiting for AN HOUR AND A HALF he had to call me so I could send him the medication instructions from my doctor because the documents sent over by my doctor wouldn't load on their computer. Why did it take them 90 MINUTES to make him aware of that and then take another 38 MINUTES to fill the prescription. Meanwhile this entire time I'm home in severe pain. I've also been shorted a few pills on an anxiety medication that was a controlled substance, which makes me feel like they have either incompetent workers or substance abusers on their staff. That is not only ridiculous service, but absolutely pathetic service. I will be switching pharmacies after using Walgreens faithfully for over 10 years, and will be filing a formal complaint against this specific store.

I was in a rush and going out of town and they filled my prescription ASAP I really appreciate the kind understanding staff on duty!!
