Never know when you will get your mail...or who will bring it..getting mail carriers from other areas after they deliver the mail somewhere else..getting next door neighbors mail in my box....and box numbers on boxes and house..

For whatever reason my PO Box was marked as vacant and I had a package that was returned to the vendor although I paid for a 6 month rental. Not to mention mail was delivered to my house which doesn’t have a registered address or mailbox(the reason for me having to get a P.O. Box) so mail can’t be or shouldn’t have been delivered to my home. The mail carrier handed my mail to a sales person who just so happened to be walking up my driveway. Pretty sure that’s against rules and regulations! The hours they have for the customer service window is not customer friendly. They operate from 9am-4:30pm Mon-Fri. which is not convenient at all! They should at least have Saturday hours for those of us who work 8am-5pm Monday-Friday!

Paul Wilson, our postal deliverer is always very professional and timely! After a day or two off he makes sure we were taken care of by "fill in deliverers" as well. He definitely goes above and beyond!

This post office goes above and beyond to help customers. I sell online and use this post office daily. Thank goodness that this is my local post office! I have been to others in surrounding towns and there are always long lines and no friendly faces. Keep up the great work Zebulon!!! Some of us really appreciate you for all you do to make our mailing needs pleasurable!!

The older man with glasses with powdery grey hair Is the reason why people give bad ratings. Unkind, arrogant , rude and overall a bad person to go to if you want service. I don’t know how much authority he has to impact people’s work there. He refuse to process my children’s passports, there was a lighter man, maybe mixed who offered to do it, and the old man refused to let him right in front of everyone, staff and customers alike. He’s a lousy person and worker. And I don’t know why the manager can’t train him better on what to do. If he’s tired, he oughta just retire at this point. One star, if 0 was an option, I would take it. The USPS authority needs to do something about him.

I’ve been to this location multiple times in 2.5 years at various times of the day. I find the staff to be overworked, dealWith cranky and rude customers and in spite of this and have been NOTHING short of patient, kind, helpful and accommodating! USPS customers exercise patience and kindness…it goes a long way!

Many thanks to Lorraine (Zebulon, NC) for all her help and making phone calls to fix our address. I am also impressed that Lorraine called me back within hours to tell me she took care of the issue. Now that is an example of great customer service??????

I was waiting on certified mail for weeks. Confused as to why it wasn’t already delivered I reached out to the post office and finally got a call back from Lorainne. She was amazing, thorough and even met me after hours so I could get my mail after waiting for so long. I just moved into the area and this by far made me very happy to me surrounded by caring individuals. It matters a lot when someone who doesn’t know your situation or your struggles just goes above and beyond for you. If you have problems or concerns call and ask for Lorraine she’ll get it done or at least try and lead you to the right place and people.
