Even though I'm not living in Zebulon , NC anymore and I can't visit the Zebulon branch in person, I can still count on there Great customer service over the phone, from Anaheim So CA. I wish the banks here in So Ca where as great as the United, old (Four Oaks) bank is!

Ive been a member of United Community Bank for 5 years. I strongly recommend to give this bank a try. The Zebulon and Raleigh Branches are awesome. They make you feel at ease. Mrs. Patsy and Mrs. Cathy are amazing people to work with. If i could give 10 stars I would!!

Every time I go to UCB, all the employees are so friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I've never had a bad experience at this bank and highly recommend it to everyone. They always bend over backwards to help.

Opened checking account, told us checks would be here in about 5 days. 16 days later still no checks, and you don’t seem to care. Most likely will close accounts out of this bank. Not recommended at all.
