My insurance request Stevens towing after my SUV was damaged in an attempted theft. Tony came out and was super friendly and assured me that my vehicle was in good hands. Unfortunately when Tony arrived at the 42 collision center they refused my vehicle because they didn’t do that type of repairs. Kayleigh from dispatch called and we both reached out to Deacon Jones in Smithfield where we spoke with the service manager and confirmed that would accept the vehicle then refused it and said they do not work on Kia. Kayleigh did some research and found a dealership that would accept my vehicle. Thank you Tony for your service. Also Kayleigh for taking the stress of this situation away from me. I understand that your job is very demanding and stressful but understanding my frustration was priceless.

We were traveling to florida from VA, Jeep had an oil leak we were picked up taken to a Jeep Mechanic by Joe who was absolutely amazing!!!! Super friendly, put us at ease and made it obvious to the mechanics we were in a hurry to get going he went above an beyond expectations! Thankyou so much Joe you made us feel like old friends and we are forever grateful.

I had an accident right before going into a big meeting. I was so shaken up and stressed. They were SO kind and helpful, even waiting for me to respond when I was busy with my meeting. On Christmas eve I woke to find my car wouldn't start and I had no way to get to my son for Christmas that was out of town. Thankfully the amazing Joe showed up. He not only got my car started from a dead battery but he was good company while waiting. Very Very nice guy!! JOE NEEDS A RAISE!

Within 3 minutes the driver who was also the manager was able to put the car in neutral and start the process of towing the truck. I had been put off for 12 hours by various tow companies in the area that didn't know how to put it into neutral or bring the right truck. I am so grateful for Stevens towing and their wonderful service. I would highly recommend!Service: Car towing

Simply rude and almost a bully. They are being hired by insurance and Stevens the owner called me and demanded twice more money and when I told them no - the owner cursed me out and said he would not help me out and nor my insurance (tried bully me here). Hang up after that. Don’t use them.

Requested a tow through my insurance roadside assistance paid the overage fee required and Steven’s towing contacted me and said I had an additional fee of $35 to be paid. Feels like they were trying to double dip to be paid by not only my insurance but me as welll. Very poor work ethic. Will never use their service.Edit: why do you need a legal name? Right is right and WRONG Is WRONG and you were wrong for trying to charge me, my insurance even said the same thing. I had to pay before your services were dispatched. So not only were you being compensated through my insurance you tried to charge me. Do better.

I have been waiting for almost 4 hours for a tow truck. This tow was contracted through my insurance company at around 2pm. It is now 5:47pm. The original estimated time of arrival was 75 to 90 minutes. That time kept changing. Now here I am 4 hours later still waiting. I am livid and hope my insurance company never uses this towing service again.Service: Car towing

The tow truck driver HARASSED my 16yr old sister the entire ride back home and lectured her on his views. This man misunderstood basic fifth-grade science about how masks and oxygen works and tried to yell at her about it because she chose to wear one. Very scary man to be left alone with if your car is stranded.. I didn’t realize tow truck drivers suddenly had a degree in medicine to talk about masks and harass teenage girls about it.EDIT: My name isn’t there because it happened to my SISTER. Not me. Apparently yall cant read either
