Once again, The Fetching Post has gone above and beyond. I realized the day before drop off that the Sunday drop off time was at 1:00 pm rather than 7:30 am. We were planning to go on vacation with a friend with a departure time of 8:00 am. I called In a panic and spoke to Gavin. He was so kind and accommodating. He assured me all would be okay and he worked out an early drop off time for us. Not only are they good to my dog, who absolutely loves it there, but their customer service is top notch. The peace of mind I have when Zoey is at The Fetching Post is priceless. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I am so happy with the way everyone treated Moses so kindly! The price for a bath, blow dry, brushing, nail trim, and cologne was extremely affordable, especially for a 100-pound dog! I'm highly impressed with the whole facility! We will definitely make this our grooming home!

Benji absolutely loves this place.Boarding and daycare has been a wonderful experience for the both of us.I have to mention one of the receptionist who works there that is outstanding to me, her name is Lyric. You can tell that she absolutely loves working there.She has the biggest smile on her face when she talks about the dogs.I bring Benji every week and it seems that she is there most of the time. She is always smiling and with excitement just talking about the dogs there.

On February 21 the owner contacts me regarding my original post written around December 2023.I’m going to keep this short because it is so funny. In short, she tells me what she will not be doing anything with her troubled employee. I could not give a damn about whether she does anything with her employee and that includes letting her go or not.The owner tells me that I’m difficult. My question to her was what is it that I’m difficult about, am I difficult because I’m explaining my dog breed to you because you are unfamiliar with the breed (South African mastiff) or is it that she feels I’m difficult because I don’t tolerate certain things as a customer and I bring it to her attention like I said I would when I first met her. Accountability can be very hard for some people to handle. but as I said, I like to provide people with opportunity to self correct. So we’ll see what happens with the opportunity that I’m providing.

I had a family emergency I needed to leave my dog behind. I can only tell you that my dog is my life my world I almost broke down and not leave Because I forgot his baby Doll. Not only did my dog have a great time but I was able to watch him through the cameras and I just want to thank you guys so much. Most importantly, a woman came out the back Just to tell me that I had a great dog . She gave him a stuffed animal to go home with.

This place is so amazing. They accommodated my 4 pet with loving care. When we had to add a night last minute they were happy to help us. The staff is amazing. I never boarded by animals before but if I ever had to again I would not hesitate.

We couldn't be happier with our experiences at the Fetching Post! They have been an important part of socializing our adopted dog that we have had almost a year with their daycare program. They treat the dogs as their own and our girl is so much more comfortable with strangers and other dogs! When we go out of town, the boarding experience has been great and our dog is so well cared for and loved!! Great facility and great staff that provide such awesome & genuine care!!

We moved to the area the end of summer last year and we needed a new groomer/daycare for both our dogs. We found that in the Fetching Post! They are wonderful and take great care of both our pups!

From Amy the Owner to the staff that Amy employs at the Fetching Post; they are all wonderful. Attentive, caring and competent: from boarding, daycare to grooming everything done at The Fetching Post is "Top Notch" My dog Neo loves them (they are like his second family). My dog Neo has made many friends at The Fetching Post through being a daycare regular; his social skills are off the charts. . They are all "AMAZING!" The last time I visited this business was in November. I found the business / facility to be fairly new and clean. The majority of the staff are pleasant. However, there are a few who have very sassy mouths. Employee E is one of them. The other may be reachable to save. There was a problem initially with a few staff members altering my care instructions on my account. I talked with owner Amy and it was corrected. There was also a situation when My dog remained in his stable for what appeared on camera to be for four hours. I talked with owner Amy about my concern. She told me that she would review the video recording but never told me what her findings were. However, she did start sending me video clips in a group chat whenever he was let out. My dog is on a raw diet. I found it necessary to provide staff with reminders to take his frozen food out for thawing but it was expected with such a young staff. I found inconsistency with the grooming. The first grooming was very impressive. My dogs ears were clean, his nails looked great and his coat was outstanding. He smelled great and there was no loose hair. However, the second visit to the groomer was a big lit down. I requested at the time of scheduling that his ears, nails and bathing be done. However, when I picked him up I found his ears were dirty, his nails had not been done and his coat was full of loose hair. I shared my disappointment with owner Amy. In regards to his nails she told me that the groomer said I did not want his nails done. One of the reasons why I take him to the groomer is to have his dark colored nails cut because I don't want to make any mistakes and hurt him. I scheduled his grooming online and chose that service. I do not understand why she could not check that for herself in the system. There was an incident of my dog vomiting while in the stable. Luckily I was monitoring the camera / video system. I found it odd that the employee entered the stable and removed something from his vomit but said nothing to me about what it was. It makes me wonder if he was given something that he was not supposed to have. ? I believe in providing people with the opportunity to self-correct. I have a record of text messages / videos. I will see how things go when we return for service. Amy appears to care much about her customers but needs closer supervision of some of her staff.
