The receptionist was so friendly at the front desk. The check in process was easy on the iPad. I had a drug test for new employment and the whole process was so easy. I would definitely recommend this business and the lady at the front desk should be rewarded for being so kind and nice.

I recently visited FastMed Urgent Care in Zebulon for an employment-related service, and I had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and courteous. I appreciated that I didn’t have to wait long and was offered a choice of water (room temperature or cold). The facilities were clean, and the area was free of trash and clutter. FastMed is always my go-to when the ER isn’t feasible or necessary. Highly recommend!

The entire staff made me feel at home. I was very comfortable throughout the entire drug screen process, despite not being able to produce a sufficient amount of urine on my first attempt. I planned on being there at 8, taking my screening then going about my day. I was actually there till 9:30 and everyone reassured me that it was perfectly fine. Warm demeanors all around and a very clean establishment.
