Five stars for wait time, 1 star for follow up.
I walked in around Noon on a Tuesday and was the only customer, in and out in about 10 minutes. Great! However, once I left the office I had a question about how the clerk completed a form I need to send to my lender. I called the number listed on the website for the Zebulon office. There was no option to talk to a real person, only a list of other numbers to call. But my question directly related to how the Zebulon employee completed the form. Why list a phone number for your office if you can't actually talk to someone at that office? Very frustrating! So I'm going to submit the form and see what happens. If it gets rejected by my lender, I guess I'll have to go into the office to get it corrected because speaking to a live person over the phone in the Zebulon office isn't going to happen.

I got right in this morning at 10am. No line. No wait. The lady was very helpful and pleasant.

Went the day before, but was closed to being short staffed. Went again on Thursday. Line out of the door, was there start to finish 50 minutes for new yearly sticker. 4 windows, only three opened. We all got reprimanded for being to load inside. Shortly after one of the windows closed, leaving only 2 windows available. We were reprimanded again for having too many people inside. Was happy to get thru there. Won't be back til February. I get it, it can get tense in there with some customers wanting what legally can't be done and workers that are overwhelmed. Will try to choose an earlier date in the month next time.

The ladies here are so nice and great at their jobs. From personal to business vehicles they always help me out and are great at resolving any issues.

I love how they have changed the line. Now it clearly reads where to enter and exit, before you just walked in. The office is always clean, with hardly any wait time. Hours may vary so peak hours the lines are a little bit more heavier,but the CSR do there best to answer, resolve, and get you out as quickly as possible. Seating is limited but the office isn't very large so that is understandable. 10 thumbs up!!!
