They never answer the phone. And told me to be there at 1 and nobody was there

I called Latisha yesterday to have my daughters hair done and was told I could come in. When I arrived the shop was closed and I called her and she answered and I was hung up on. Very poor customer service. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
