The staff here is absolutely amazing! Even if you weren't planning on buying anything when you 1st go in, bet you won't walk out empty handed lol. Very personable, friendly, polite, respectful and hilarious. Would definitely highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great rental place.

I have been wit Aaron's specifically the one in Zebulon. I fell on some extremely hard times , backed up on my payments to for months and the manager Scott who is so kind and reasonable worked with me in the best of ways, never beat my door down or ring my phone off the hook. I went in today to start a renewal contract which not only allows me to pay if my merchandise in a timely fashion which will sky rocket my credit score!!!! I don't know about the other locations but Zebulon Aaron's will always be home for me. Thank you Scott for your patience and I. Give this man a raise????

Great selection, I came in overwhelmed and Scott was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about possible options that would fit my wallet and Shae helped me find something that matched my style. I was worried I talked their ears off, but they were both very patient with me and my special needs kids. I didn't expect such great shopping experience from this small store.

All I can say is wow! I came to the Zebulon location and needed a bed for my children. Shae helped me pick out a bunk bed set. The manager Scott helped me understand my payments and even suggested automatic payments. I will be using the Zebulon location for everything moving forward. They both need raises ASAP.

My experience at Aaron’s in Zebulon was wonderful. Excellent customer service I was helped immediately and got all the answers to every questioned I asked. Management was exquisite. Thank you Scott and Shae for all your help. 10 out of 10 for me ?.

My experience with this store has been amazing with Brad And the young lady . However Scott is very rude and has no sympathy for your situation at all. As long as you are Able to make payments that’s his ONLY concern but a passionate concern for people he does not have . Very rude so if you ever hit a hard time this definitely ISNT THE STORE TO go to again SCOTT IS VERY RUDE

I had to go in to complete an application because It would not allow me to do so online. I went in and there was only one associate there, Bradley. I completed the application and was told that my application had to be looked over my a manager for a final decision. Bradley informed me that the manager would be back in the next day and that I would receive a call. I waited over a week for that call, no one ever did call me.I called on 05/25/2023 and spoke with the manager, Shae. I told her I just needed a washing machine and even explained to her that I only had $37 to my name at the time. I asked her was the 1 cent promotion going on and she said "no". Then I asked her were there anymore promotions going on and she said "no".I went and checked my mailbox and this promotion was in there. (See Picture). I signed my contract on this day (See Picture).She lied to me and I had to pay $35 of the $37 that I had. I despise dishonest people. She was not compassionate and did not care about me as a customer. She also sent me a beat up washing machine.Bradley and Dre came and brought the equipment (I live in public housing). Bradley seemed to be astounded by the fact that I had college degrees hanging over my desk. Not all people that live in low income housing are uneducated.They were both professional and were friendly. They even showed me how to use the washer.I did not appreciate Shae lying to me and did not appreciate her or Scott(other manager) not giving me a call for over a week. Yes I took have had great experience with them, while there were difficulties at times they were always willing and able to meet our needs that accommodate them and I even once it was terrible the communication was so lost twenty were unable to mee5 management took the ball and worked things out tremendously that was amazing better than I imagined,

I wish there was a way to click a negative star for this Aaron’s. I have been a loyal customer for a good while now. My wife called last Friday and was promised that they would be here today on Monday to pick up a living room set that I need out of the way to make my home life a little easier as I recover from Surgery that is being performed tomorrow (Tuesday). We scheduled multiple things around this pick up that are going to make my recovery as painless as possible. Well it is 4:00pm on Monday the store is informing me they are not going to pick this up till Wednesday, leaving me in a problem tomorrow when I come home from the hospital. The care and concern this store seems to have is on delivery and not service after the sale. To add insult to injury they lied to me and said they had been to my house. One thing you should know is I live in a gated community and the gate has no record of an Aarons truck entering. Now I am just a number on their books that is no longer of any use to them! It’s a shame customer service means nothing to them!

I ordered a bed set and a couch set they put the nails in wrong and it made holes in my wall and they told me they can't do anything about it and it's not they fault it's the manufacturer fault for making the screws backwards but it you knew that you should have said something then they told me fix it myself but I had to pay to get it fixed not to mention they broke the dresser and get this I'm getting 5 dollars off it and it comes off when I get to the end of my lease not to mention they never help you with anything but will harass you for payment I'm ready to give everything back
