I walked in with a coupon from my community for a free oil change, and was given no problems with the coupon to complete the service. I also asked for an inspection for the brakes of my vehicle, and in hindsight I wish I had asked how much the inspection would cost since there was a fee involved and was not made aware of the cost. Overall, I give them 4 stars for quality service, friendly people, and a comfortable waiting room.

The team at YAC is second to none. I took my car in for an oil change and vibration in the steering wheel. They fixed the issue and noted other things to keep an eye for the future. They didn’t try to push unnecessary sales. They document with pictures and thorough write ups. Great company.

The service we received was excellent! We brought our truck in and they ran a full diagnostic test and made recommendations. The communication was great while the work was being done. The truck is running better than ever! Very nice people to work with and would highly recommend.

Took my son’s 2003 (?) Honda in. Had been sitting for a year as my son moved and got a new car. Tags expired so went to drive it. Dead! Husband tried to charge, no success. Sat for another few months. Had to have towed - dead! Took to Youngsville Auto who we’d had great experiences with in past. Expected the worst. Was so happy when Les called and said it was ready! New battery and cable work as good as new (for a 2003). They could have taken me to the bank but our experience with Youngsville Auto is their good ole boys. They fix what has to be fixed and helps you budget for possible repairs in near future. They came highly recommended to us years ago. I’m glad we found them!

My family and I have been using them regularly for the last 20 years, even when traveling home on vacation I, and all customers, can be assured that they will not only do a top notch job, they will have it done efficiently, and at fair prices. Where do I begin?
Family owned and operated. Beautiful photographs in the lobby that the owner himself took. Great customer service. Excellent car maintenance. And to top it off, when you check out you get sent a text of a detailed report that is so easy to read on your car, what was done, and what needs attention. I live in Raleigh and there’s a reason I drove 40 minutes for an oil change :) thank you all for such honest car care.

I had a great experience with Les at Youngsville auto. The first time I brought my car there, I had run over something in the road and he was quick to get my car in and took care of the undercarriage. Then, a year later I needed brakes and he responded to me the next morning and got my car in immediately for service. The waiting room is comfortable. The service is friendly and prompt. And his rates were reasonable compared to my dealership! I won’t take my car anywhere else. I would definitely recommend Youngsville Auto.
