Looked over my auto and gave estimate to repair. Worked with me on the priorities for safety and new tires and brakes etc. will return for a few other items. I recently had a trip to Victory Tire where they had to remove a lug nut that was cross threaded by another tire dealer. What should have been a relatively quick fix ended up, at no fault of Victory, taking almost 2 hours. Victory was great and getting the job done and making sure it was done right. They were very thorough and apologetic through the process. I appreciate their attention to detail and the way they worked through an issue that another store created.
