“I visited for the first time the other day to use the USPS services that is inside the hardware shop. (This review is mainly for the post office inside). I was immediately greeted by the four employees up front. It was a rainy day and I was the only customer. They directed me to the USPS area in the back. This was THE BEST post office visit I have ever had!! There was no line at all. Service was super quick, I was in and out of the building in less than 5 minutes. I also love that they close at 4pm on Saturdays because honestly, it's tough making the cutoff time early on Saturdays! When leaving, I was wished a good day by the same employees. I will be a returning customer for this USPS location and maybe take a look around the hardware store next time.”

“Saved time and money. Went in with my USPS "if it fits it ships" box. Fist off, no line like at the post office. Was recommended to change to another courier with different packaging. With the change, cost went from over $29 to under $14, including a new box. Delivery was a day faster too. Fantastic savings, great place.”

“Synopsis: Good people exist everywhere and the post office is no different.Had some packages that were sent to the wrong address and needed to stop by the post office in Wake Forest to sort it out. Lloyd took 25 minutes and not only resolved my problem but made sure I left the post office with one of the two packages and enabled me to pick up one that was out for delivery the next day.Superb team at the WF location and I am eternally grateful for their effort to fix some errors on the part of the company shipping my goods. Great outcome to a very stressful event.5 Postal Stars out of 5!”
“I’m not sure of the woman’s name that is working today, but she is the nicest woman I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She took the time to call me and tell me about my package being sent somewhere in Montana instead of my address, then, when it finally came back to Youngsville, she called me that morning to let me know it had made its way back and wanted to make sure it wasn’t a scam. I can’t believe how nice she was. I appreciate that so very much because I haven’t came across people like her in a while. Thank you ma’am if you read this ❤️”
