Bought some Coyote badges from them at Mustang Week. When I started the install I noticed part of the badge had came unglued from the backing. I reached out twice in hopes they would make it right but was told “It’s probably the manufacturers fought”, with no other solution. I will not be buying from them again.

Everybody has a different experience but this took advantage of my situation every chance they got.Long story short I paid my own shipping to save money. I contacted them 2 weeks later with no response. I left a negative and they asked what my tracking number was. I gave him the tracking number and another 2 weeks pass with no communication even after several messages sent. . I finally contacted EBay…… gave them the tracking number, they saw that the seller had it for 3 weeks and just wasn’t issuing the refund.1 hr after an eBay agent spoke with me I had my $400 back. Disappointing. I Hope you all have a better experience.

Poor communication, order A break kit waited 3 months and then I was told it was on back order. Now it's has been over 6 months and still have not received my parts or A refund. Looks like I am going to be going to court
