This location is safe and secure. Staff regularly drive around lot to ensure everything is well. Office personnel have been very friendly and helpful.

I honestly hate storage ? ?. But I needed one because of moving and trying to downsize. The lady that helped me was very nice and did good job. (Sorry. Not good w names) but I got attitude from 2 of the larger local companies and was glad to find this one. The rates here were actually cheaper also. Thanks

It is a nice, clean facility, I am a bit disappointed that we purchased a 10x10 unit because I have a small trailer I want to keep stored inside. The trailer is exactly 9 feet long from the tail to the tongue. Needless to say the trailer did not fit, despite buying a unit that should've given a foot of extra room. I took a tape measure and sure enough the until was nowhere near 10ft long. I went to the front desk to ask about it and the only thing asked was "do you want a bigger unit?" So we ended up having to purchase a bigger unit and move everything from the old one to the new one. I don't know if all storage places are just inaccurate in the sizing of their units but I feel if you're going to advertise a size, it should at least round up to that size.

McStor has been so wonderful in meeting our needs while we transitioned into a new home. Andi, the manager, was easily accessible and we will certainly use them again for any storage needs!!
