They are very knowledgeable and they just want to help. I called them about doing a transmission flush on my car and they said it would hurt my transmission rather than making it better. So they are very honest

Discussed a time to bring my antique vehicle over to have the old transmission removed and a new one ( I provided) installed. Owner said Thursday so I arranged to have it over promptly. I figured owner would work on it soon. It sat outside through 2 thunderstorms ( it’s been garage kept since restoration) until he finally got to it on Tuesday. He contacted me and said that I never told him it had headers and he didn’t work on high performance vehicles. I asked him if he wanted more money and he said “no, he wasn’t going to work on it regardless “. He was nice enough to push it out in the parking lot for me to call a tow truck. So $250 later and and a small pond inside my vehicle, I got it home. I’m not sure of the quality of work he does, but if working around headers was difficult then I’m not sure I would trust him with something complex.

I have been battling an issue with my 2010 Corolla for 7 months now. I went to Mitch based off of a recommendation and it was the best decision I made. Mitch communicated to me frequently and directly, and even though it took a couple days, he figured what the issue was and fixed it at very fair price. I’ve never had as great of an experience with a mechanic as I have with Mitch. He has been so helpful, efficient, communicative, and honest (especially hard to come by). Mitch has done diagnostic work, replaced spark plugs, coil packs, and checked into numerous other things on my vehicle for me. There’s too little room to write all the specific ways he is my number 1 choice for a mechanic, but just trust me- I’m not a guy who writes reviews, but I’ll write one for Mitch. I recommend him to you without reservation.
