Very nice selection of mulch available, at a very reasonable price. Great value for the amount that you get. No problem on service. Gave more mulch that fell off the side of the bed of the truck. Will always stop here for my mulch.

Reasonable prices (marked on a sign as you drive in), several options of mulch to choose from, friendly staff, and easy to get in and out of. The gentleman driving the skid steer was very friendly and did a great job loading mulch! We purchased two scoops, so he loaded the mulch in different angles and leveled and flattened the mulch with the bucket to prevent mulch from overflowing and flying out of the truck! Great experience!

I have been purchasing mulch from Cedar Creek Landscape Supply in Youngsville, NC for a few years now. I picked up a load of mulch and paid for two cubic yards. The load seemed light (I usually have a pretty good amount of mulch above the top of my bed, but this time, the load was only about an inch higher than the bed (if that). When I got home, I measured my truck bed (small Ford Ranger) which measured Length = 6', Width = 4' and depth = 16". This is a subtotal of 1.19 square yard. I then subtracted the amount of space the wheel wells (inside the bed of the truck) which are 2'L x 9"W x 8"D which is .04 Cu Yard for each wheel well or a total of .08 Cu Yard for both wheels. This puts the total load to be 1.11 square yard. I called the office and they advised me to come back to get more mulch. However they would only load one bucket full of mulch filling my bed only 9 inches (if that). The equates to about a half a yard (.59 to be exact. I expressed my concern to Shane that I paid for two yards and I did not get two yards. I even measured the depth of the one bucket he loaded in my truck today, (which was only 9" deep) and he refused to admit his bucket was not a full square yard or that the mulch I received was not 2 cu yards. His only response was that he felt sorry that I felt this way and refused to do the math. I will never go back.

Called prior to visiting the facility and James took the call.I could hear and tell he was extremely busy yet he was very helpful and knew the products.when we went in to place a order both he and another guy were again very nice. We recommend check them out first if you're in the area you won't regret it!

I paid $44 for a cubic yard of 50/50 top soil/compost. It looked pretty good going into the trailer. But, it seemed the load was on the light side. How, are you supposed to know for sure?The dirt went into a raised garden made myself with 2x6's and I knew the measurements. Bottom line is, I was right, it was a short load. I got 20 cu ft of dirt instead of 27 cu ft which is a full cubic yard. Is it really worth it to them to short load people like that? PLUS, other places around here have LOWER prices for the same thing.You won't be seeing me going up to Cedar Creek anymore.
