This was the smoothest purchase of a car ever. Karen was kind, knowledgeable & direct. Their cars are CLEAN with great documentation & their prices are fair. We did or own financing so cannot speak to that, but they were patient with the process we had to go through & held the car for only $100. (2013 Toyota sequoia limited $24,500). There were 2 bad tires tat we noticed & were replaced by the morning no questions asked.

This place was hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car. Karen was to the point and fast with getting me approved for the car I was interested in. She was incredible to work with and very friendly. There was a slight issue with the key for the car and they did their absolute best to fix it for me. I’d definitely recommend this place!

My son purchased his first car from them. Working with Ben and Karen made his experience absolutely the best. He had one issue and they bent over backwards to fix it. It was an easy, no stress, no hassell experience. Thank you!

This place is the worse place to buy a car from. Got our vehicle from this place and a lugnut was missing from each wheel. They allow a man by the name of Phil McLamb to lease a spot on their lot to conduct his own business as a car dealer as a separate entity. He's shady, verbally assaultive towards women and is a pathological liar. Will say one thing and then try to go back on it when it's time for him to hold his end of the bargain. Told us they'd repair and pay for any mechanical issues that wasn't operating error or neglect, we had a radiator leak due to a crack, paid the mechanic for the diagnosis but Phil tried telling us we had to pay for the repair after it was fixed despite him saying the contrary, tried saying we caused it despite 2 of his mechanics saying otherwise. Do not buy from this place!!!

If I could give no stars I would! I purchased a vehicle there the end of March to use for my non-profit dog rescue. The first seven months were fine and then one day I was driving it and just went over a simple manhole cover at 45mph and the front end started to fish tail and I had a scary moment trying to get control of the vehicle again. I took it to the garage just figuring it needed a repair. It is a used car so repairs are bound to come up. What I was not expecting was the garage to call me within 15 minutes of dropping it off to tell me that the whole underside of the vehicle is rusted out and they couldn't even repair it. They said the vehicle never should have passed inspection to be sold in the first place and that it is unsafe to drive. They suggested another garage locally to try so I made an appointment there for a couple days later and just didn't drive it. The second garage told me the same thing as the first place and even added that I should contact the DMV so they can deal with the inspection place that passed an unsafe car. They put their findings in writing: "Vehicle is not fit for the road. Should not have passed a state inspection Control arms are rusted through and subframe in the rear will need to be replaced at the same time. Do not recommend this vehicle to be driven until all of the rusty parts are replaced. Also 1 fuel tank strap has rusted off and the other is barely hanging on. Vehicle is very rusty and unsafe to drive." I drove to the dealership and spoke with Ben who had sold me the vehicle. He pulled it up on the computer and said "That's one of Phil's cars". I then spoke with Phil by phone (he was off that) and he was incredibly rude! He didn't care that he sold an unsafe vehicle. He said he would call me the next day when he was back in the office. He did call but not until 5:39pm. He said he told me that both himself and a third party inspection place checked out the vehicle and none of the things I was telling him were noted on the inspection. I asked how a vehicle could completely rust out in just 7 months and he said he didn't know. He said they weren't going to do anything for me. I spent $11K on a vehicle that never should have been sold in the first place and only lasted 7 months! BUYER BEWARE!!

The entire experience was just amazing everyone was pleasant and pledger to deal with from shopping for my new car to buying it I would definitely buy another vehicle here at Carolina Auto credit just Awesome

We had an amazing experience with Carolina Auto credit. We got a great deal on a minivan. No pressure no hassle. Quick easy purchase process. They were able to answer all of our questions and even went out of their way to look it up if they weren't sure. I was very worried I'd be stuck with a car if it broke down right after buying since we paid cash straight out. They eased my mind with a great price on a power train warranty. We're extremely pleased with our purchase. Thank you Carolina Auto credit! We will definitely be sending business your way!
