I never got my package delivered and when I track the package it says it’s at the yanceyville post office preparing to be delivered. I stay in Gibsonville so I don’t know how my package arrived at the post office in yanceyville. I called this post office and they lacked concern about my issue and the guy told me that my package wasn’t there. Well tracking is saying otherwise! Somebody has my package and now I’m having a hard time filing a claim for a refund. Worst post office ever!

They like to close their spot 20 minutes early. Be warned, not a good post office obviously.

The workers there are great. I do most of my shopping online and they are always so helpful with my packages.Some of the staff members are switching locations or retiring and I will miss them.

Are mail lady is outstanding she delivers the mail on time very friendly thank you again Teresa for the outstanding job you do and the post office people are very friendly also thank you for all your hard work God bless !

Well, small town hospitality and kindness is certainly not found at the Yanceyville post office. I walk in the building at 4:30, doors were not locked. I started filling our my label, and was almost done. The customer in front of me walked out the door and the woman working at the counter told me she was locking the door. I walked outside and discussed this issue with the manager and all she said was she was sorry. Customer service is no where to be found these days, and has gotten worse with this pandemic. Shame on the mail clerk for being so rude, and shame on the manager for not bringing me back inside and letting me mail my package. I can see how the postal service is in financial trouble, people would rather spend more money to use UPS and FedEx because they are more reliable and have much better customer service.

Had a specific need. Needed to return any item to manufacturer. Gave me my best option for sending with a tracking number and which mailer to use to get it back to the manufacturer without damage. Postal lady very good at her job. Was weighed filled out envelop and paid in no time. Great service every time I visit this experiences with this particular post office location every time I visit.

So, we are not recieving our mail for mysterious reasons but we cannot blame this post office since we rent a PO box now and the Morrow st office does our delivers now.
But did go in and the to GM at Yanceyville office, Antony, he show respect and concern but I nevertheless feel he is overwhelmed be all the bad reviews.
